There are four steps:
1.Select the product you see interesting
- Please confirm the wishes of the family members who live with you.
- Please make sure you are at least 18 years old (or have legal guardian consent).
- Make sure you have a good understanding of how to feed reptiles.
2.Send us your message
- Please tell us the number you want to buy.(see picture below)
- Please tell us how you would like to receive the product.
- Appointment (only at Exit 2 of Taipei MRT Nanjing Fuxing Station)
- Express
- Special delivery (please contact us)
3.Wait for each other’s confirmation
- Our processing will be based on the order in which the letters are received.
- After both parties confirm that the goods and prices are correct, the remittance/transfer information will be sent to you.
- Please pay the money (commodity price + delivery price), please let us know the time and the last 5 number of the account after payment.
4.Get your product
- Appointment and Special delivery, please confirm the product on the spot.
- Please make a video when you receive the goods (ask us about the attribution of risk liability).
Matters needing attention
- We don’t sell sick reptiles.
- Biological sold non-refundable.
- Cash transactions are on an appointment, other transaction methods please pay first (remittances have transaction records to protect each other).
- No installment.
